Leaded Lights

Whether it be a church, house or civic building the plain glazing forms the ‘eyes’ of that building, and the conservation of this original feature is of the utmost importance, keeping the original glass and re-leading using a lead calm of the same profile as the original.

We are one of the few stained glass workshops that produce our own lead calm, enabling us to form some leads that are not available commercially.

We also undertake the restoration of design lead lights for front door panels etc., the production of new plain lead light glazing and design lead light glazing, including the production of new, or restoration of, associated metal work.
